Account Deletion – Ready or Not
Ready or Not allows users to delete their account directly from within the app.
How account deletion works:
1. Open the Ready or Not app.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Select “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm the deletion request.
Once confirmed, no further action is required from the user.
Deletion timeline:
After the deletion request is confirmed, the account and associated user data are scheduled for automatic deletion. All eligible data is permanently deleted within 90 days.
Data that will be deleted:
- Email address
- Username
- Date of birth
- Game data (answers, votes, points, rankings)
- Group participation data
- Notification identifiers and device tokens
Data retention:
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes. After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted.
Important notes:
- Account deletion is irreversible once completed.
